Larry Mullins
Larry is the SSCS Client Services Manager. He works with Clients through the intake process, makes referrals, and assists families through the action steps of their Family Action Plan. After graduating from Charles Page High School in 1961, Larry received his Bachelor of Science Degree in business in 1967 from The University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University.
Over most of his career, Larry’s primary responsibility was to develop new business for some of the largest companies in their industry segments. From introducing new products nationally to providing custom stainless kitchens, Larry worked with the executives of most of the top twenty foodservice companies. Larry’s job required extensive travel nationally and, on a limited basis, internationally.
After retiring, Larry and his wife, Patty (Lawrence), moved back to Sand Springs. He had been searching for an opportunity to help those in need and found it with Sand Springs Community Services, first as a volunteer and then as a Client Service Specialist. Larry became a full-time staff member of SSCS in September, 2014.
Larry states, “My desire is that Sand Springs Community Services will be able to expand client services in ways that provide assistance on a broader scale to those with specialized needs.”
